How much do you charge for your services?
We charge a fixed amount based on the problem we fixed, no matter how long it
takes us. We don't charge by the hour, and we don't have a separate or
additional "trip charge" 1. We also don't charge for items we cannot fix, and
if the same problem re-occurs within 30 days, we will come back for free!
(Simple heh?)
Why do you charge "per event"?
We simply believe you should pay for results; we don't think you should pay
based on the number of hours someone spends in your home or office (unless they
are musicians....). In this way, we can tell you upfront what the service fee
will be! And that is the reason why we can only hire the best
Microsoft-certified Site Engineers.
Do you have a price list you can send me?
When you call NetRunners®
with a problem, the operator will give you an estimate based on your
description of the problem. This is just an estimate and the Site Engineer will
confirm that with you when he arrives and has a chance to diagnose the problem.
Since there are so many possible scenarios, and so many new products and
features we cannot simply "publish" a price-list.
What if the Operator's estimate is wrong?
The Operator will give you an estimate based on your description of the
problem. This is only an estimate because only a Site Engineer is qualified to
give you a more definitive quote, based on his on-site diagnosis. If the amount
the Site Engineer quotes you is significantly higher than what the Operator
estimated, then you can still decide if you would like us to perform the
service. If you change your mind, then we will only charge you a nominal
"Quick-Fix/Diagnostic fee".
1) Outside Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties a
nominal trip-charge may apply.
