While NetRunners® is
headquartered in Boca Raton, our Site Engineers are based throughout South
Florida and ready to serve the local community's computer and networking needs.
What Does It Take To Become A NetRunners®
Site Engineer?
Every NetRunners® Site
Engineer is a top-notch professional who has extensive training and experience
before he or she is allowed to service our clients:
-
Site Engineers typically are certified by COMPTIA and have passed the A+ exam.
This certification ensures every Site Engineer has a thorough understanding of
the hardware components of a computer system. Inside and out!
-
All Site Engineers are Microsoft Certified Professionals and some have
obtained advanced Microsoft certifications in System Engineering (MCSE), System
Administration (MCSA), or Database Administration (MCDBA).
-
Because of the importance of the Internet and networking in general, most Site
Engineers are also certified by Cisco, the leader in networking
technology. A Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certificate is
further assurance that our Site Engineers are up-to-date with the latest
networking and security protocols.
-
All Site Engineers have at least several years' hands-on experience serving
both home and business users before they join NetRunners®.
-
Finally, before they become a NetRunners®
Site Engineer, we perform an extensive reference and background check, so you
can be comfortable that the Site Engineer handling your sensitive data and
equipment is fully qualified to support you. No exceptions.
